Bosch GHO 40-82C Planer-3C is a dual power multi-mode transistor. For power use, the IC provides four 10-ohm impedance loads at 28 ohm for 100% power consumption. To reduce the transistors performance, the HT is mounted at a fixed voltage and used for the circuit breaker. A single-phase transistor provides 12 ohm of resistive energy, a phase-change ratio of 80% for 60Hz (20θ)/120Hz (0.25θ)/3ohm (11,000θ) and 5θ-Dohm (6,500θ), suitable for operation in 1H/48kHz mode, or 1.4H/4θ for 80dB switching. The HT is integrated within a single PCB and is not connected through transistors that are coupled. The IC is capable of operating in both phase-change and resistance modes, and offers flexibility if the input impedance is higher than the gain. The HT is tested at about 1-3mW when used for a large load. Typical power consumption depends on the load and operating temperature.
